    TURNAROUND TIME

    We send proofs on most personalized products. You are requested to review and approve your proofs as soon as possible to enable us to produce on time. We appreciate working so closely with our customers.

    Once a final proof is approved we then proceed to production.
    After delivery of the proof, you will have 1 business day to inform us of change requests. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed with your order as shown in the proof based on your order instructions and the purchased design. If you need more time to decide, please just let us know.

    During the Holiday season, due to the large volume of orders, our production time may go up to 5 days. 
    If an order is needed urgently, please contact us before placing your order to find out if we will be able to meet your deadline. 
    We are required by law to charge a sales tax of 8.25% for all transactions from customers located in Texas.
    Once a final proof is approved we shall not be responsible for any mistakes discovered later after approval.

    SHIPPING

    Great Gift World ships items from Fort Worth Texas 76179, Texas via USPS ground advantage. For Heavy packages, we use UPS and FedEx.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    An automatic email notification is sent when your item has shipped; this is the same tracking information we have on our end and we are only able to see what you see. We base our delivery estimates on information provided by the Postal Service website. 

    We all count on the Post Office to get your product delivered on time. Once mailed, USPS ground advantage orders take 2-4 business days while Express shipping takes 1-2 business days for delivery. We will be sure to get your package shipped within the promised time frame, but once it is in the postal service's hands we no longer have any control over the delivery time.
    Please be aware that postal delivery dates are simply estimates, not guaranteed.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class international Package.
    Please note that USPS First Class International Packages do not provide a tracking number.
    Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, levies or fees once they arrive.
    All items will be shipped to the address provided to us. 
    Shipments to Canada are estimated to take between 8-11 days.

    All other international orders are estimated to take 14 - 30 days.

    Again, these are the guidelines we derive from the postal service website and ARE NOT a guarantee of delivery time. Please note these estimates do not take into account any delay that may occur in customs sorting. We have no control over how long it may take a package to get through customs and be delivered. 

    Multiple items will be packaged together if possible.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Great Gift World stands behind the quality of every product we sell.

    We know many of you are ordering gifts for specific functions and want your orders as soon as possible. As such, our fulfillment process begins immediately after your order is placed so we can provide the quickest possible service. 

    RETURNS

    We accept returns on all products that are not personalized. All returned products must be in new condition, unused, and in the original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

    Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If for some reason your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please take a photo to document and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to replace your item at no cost if we receive notification within 48 hours of when the tracking information shows a status of "delivered"

    We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially with spelling and dates. Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates, and names carefully. If you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 25% discount. Of course, if we make the error, we will correct the mistake, send a replacement, and incur all related costs including shipping.
