    Do I have to create an account to order on this website?

    Not necessarily. Creating an account will allow you to view previous orders, view wishlist items, and make Reorders easier, but you do not have to create one to order.

    How do I place an order?

    To place an order, simply browse our website, select the item you'd like to purchase, indicate what you would like to appear on your item in the boxes, and follow the easy checkout process. If you encounter any issues, our customer support team is ready to assist you.

    Enter the address you would like your order shipped for the completion of the order. If you are sending the gift directly to the recipient, please submit their address instead.

    Can I send this to someone directly?

    Yes!  Fill out the recipient's address in the 'Ship To' section at check out. We can include a handwritten note for you {free of charge}. Just email us all the instructions regarding your order at info@greatgiftworld.com

    We DO NOT include pricing in our packages, so you're all set there.

    Do you send a preview?

    When you purchase any custom product from us, we normally design and send you an electronic draft of your order to preview and approve before we make the final product. If there is no response from the customer for up to 2 days, we process the order without their approval.

    Can I have a proof before I purchase?

    Each design takes time to customize especially for you. For all orders, the design proof is provided to you after purchase. This is very standard for any design work.

    After purchase, you will receive your design proof in 1-2 business days. At that point, we are more than happy to make any changes until you are satisfied.

    Can the engraving be in color?

    Laser engraving cannot be in a specific color. The laser engraver interacts with the surface of the material to create a permanent laser mark. 

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Venmo, JCB and Diners Club.

    What if I have my Quotation/ Wording instead of the one posted?

    Sure! Your order can always be customized the way you want it.
    Just go ahead and purchase the posted product and leave us all the instructions regarding your order in the personalization area.
    After designing, we send you an electronic draft for you to double-check.

    How do I send my logo, artwork, or picture to use or contact you?

    You can send your logo, artwork, or picture by clicking on the "choose file" button to attach it to your order

    Can I personalize each item and what does it cost?

    Yes, we personalize any of our products at no extra cost.

    Are there any restrictions on how I can personalize the item?

    Only characters found on a standard desktop keyboard can be used in text personalization – no emojis or special characters.

    Orders including any profanity, or which are offensive/vulgar will automatically be canceled and refunded at the sole discretion of Great Gift World. Other restricted content includes, but is not limited to content or material: that is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others; advocates or promotes illegal activity; or harms anyone, including minors.

    Can I change my personalization after my order is placed?

    Yes, before midnight CST on the same day your order is placed. Please email us. Orders are sent to production the following business day, we are unable to make any changes once orders are in the production process. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.

    Can you take my order over the phone?

    We are unable to accept phone orders but please contact us if you need assistance with placing your order online.

    Are there discounts for bulk or corporate orders?

    Yes, we offer special discounts for bulk or corporate orders. Contact our customer support team to discuss your specific needs and receive a personalized quote.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's delivery status.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and many items are available for same-day shipping. Some orders may take 4-5 days depending on the size of the job.

    If your order is needed urgently, let us know - we will work things out with you. 

    Can I place an order and come to your location and pick it up?

    We are sorry we do not have pick-up services. We are an online shop and only ship from our location. We have the quickest turnaround time in the industry. We also offer many shipping options. 

    My order was marked as delivered, but I never received my item. What can be done?

    Please review that the shipping address was entered correctly on your order. If the address is correct, and your family and neighbors have also not received your package, please contact us regarding the next steps.

    My order was not delivered and is being returned to you. What can be done?

    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid. 

    Is the ordering process secure?

    Yes, our order process is secure from start to finish.  We believe in and respect your privacy. Across our business, we will only collect, store, and use your personal information for defined purposes.

    Where do you charge sales tax?

    We are required to charge sales tax for all transactions from customers in Texas for now.

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes, we accept returns for products that are not personalized. All returned products must be in new condition, unused, and in the original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

    Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If for some reason your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please take a photo to document and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to replace your item at no cost if we receive notification within 48 hours of when the tracking information shows a status of "delivered"

    We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates. Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates, and names carefully. If you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 25% discount. Of course, if we make the error, we will correct the mistake, send a replacement, and incur all related costs including shipping.

    How do I change my password?

    If you are not signed in, click on the sign-in link at the top and click "forgot password". change the password now.

    If you are already signed in, you can change your password in your account

    I clicked on "forgot password" and I still have not gotten the email.

    Check your spam or junk mail folder. It is possible it went in there.
